Prices are per business per month in Ghana cedis. Paystack charges its own small fee on online customer payments; cash on delivery has none. If a payment is late, your bot keeps working for 7 more days before it pauses.

Good to know
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. They use the WhatsApp they already have. They tap your link or message the number, and the menu, cart and payment all happen inside the chat.
What do I need to get started?
Your menu or list of services and your opening hours. For online payments you also need a Paystack account, which is free to open. You can start on Tapa's WhatsApp number straight away and connect your business's own number later.
How do Mobile Money payments work?
At checkout the customer gets a secure Paystack link, picks MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money or card, and approves the payment on their phone. The order is marked paid automatically, a receipt is sent in the chat, and the money goes to your Paystack account.
Can I still talk to customers myself?
Yes. You see every chat in the dashboard. Special orders and questions come to you, and you can take over any chat and hand it back when you're done.
How do deliveries work?
Add your riders in Settings and send each one their delivery link. They mark orders picked up and delivered from their phone, and the customer's delivery receipt shows who delivered.
What happens after the free trial?
Pay for the plan you want by MoMo or card and everything keeps running. If you don't, your bot keeps working for 7 more days, then pauses until you pay.
